HCG phase 4 recipes: Texas Beef Chili – Preparation Video

Recipe 1: Texan beef chili
- Beef, 3 ounces or 500gms
- Yellow onion, finely chopped, 1
- Minced garlic, 3 cloves
- Jalapenos, finely chopped 2
- Diced Capsicum, 1
- Diced Red or yellow capsicum, 1
- Diced Avocado, 1
- Chopped Cilantro, ½ cup
- Red chili pepper, ½ tsp
- Cumin powder, ½ tsp
- Diced tomatoes, 2 cups
Take a large saucepan or pot, into which, add the beef and scramble it. Turn it over from time to time and cook for 5 minutes. Afterwards add the onion and garlic. Sprinkle the red chili powder. Again cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, the colorful capsicums and let it cook for some more time till the capsicums are done. To serve, add avocado and garnish with cilantro.
Recipe 2: Egg sandwich
- Bread slices, 4
- Egg whites, 6 Tbsp
- Chives, ¼ tsp
- Water, 1-2 Tbsp
- Salsa or tomato sauce to taste
Toast the slices of bread till they become brown. Prepare the scrambled eggs by pouring it into the skillet with hot water. Add chives to it. Cook them till the eggs are done. Place the scrambled eggs in between two slices of bread; add ketchup or salsa according to your taste.
Recipe 3: Fish Sticks
- Sliced Cod, 1 pound or 500 grams
- Almond flour, 1/2 cup or 64 grams
- Flax meal, 1/4 cups or 32 grams
- Onion powder, 1 Tbsp
- Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp
- Minced onion flakes, 1 Tbsp
- Pink salt, 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1/8 tsp
- Coconut oil melted, 1/2 cup.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Apply the flax meal, almond flour and all the other spices on the slices of cod that should be sliced about 1 inch thickness approximately. Coat the fish strips with very little coconut oil and bake them in the oven for half an hour or so. Use a baking sheet that has very little grease on it.
